Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mistrigo. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed when using our services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a service booking before the service provider starts traveling to the service location.

If the provider has already started traveling or reached the location, a cancellation fee may apply.

If a service provider cancels the booking, Mistrigo will try to assign another provider. If no provider is available, the customer may receive a refund where applicable.

Users who repeatedly cancel bookings may have their accounts temporarily restricted.

Refund Policy

A refund may be provided in the following situations:

• The service provider does not arrive at the scheduled time.
• The service cannot be completed due to provider issues.
• An incorrect payment has been charged.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The customer cancels the service after the provider has arrived.
• The service has already been successfully completed.
• Incorrect information was provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
